Type of a scam Tech Support
They were offshore and hard to understand. I allowed them to access the computer and they fixed it. Then they kept calling me to tell me that the computer was having a problem.
Today I had a call to refund my money that I was to have paid for the service. In short they wanted access to the computer to refund the money to my bank account.
Moral of story is never allow anyone access the your computer online. Hopefully they will stop calling me soon.
