I received 2 emails and a mailed "service notification" letter claiming to be from Kia of North Austin, with Kia's logo on it. The email and letter contain my name, mailing address, car make and model, mileage, service date at Kia, and the dollar amount I recently paid to Kia. The phone number in large print is for another company: "Automotive Warranty Services, Inc." It says I need to take action by July 7. You can only find their name at the bottom of the letter in very small, hard to read font. My daughter looked up this email and "service contract notification" letter and found out it is a known scam. I want to report this to the ScamPulse.com so other people do not pay money they can't afford to this warranty scammer. Kia needs to know that this shady company is using their logo and posing as Kia, which is misleading and seems like fraud. My daughter helped me delete the emails and mark as spam, but printed copies which I am attaching here. Also attaching the letter I received by mail.
