So this scammer went a bit further than most. I received a connection request on the profession network "LinkedIn", As most people do on there I accepted the request but was unsure who this was. After viewing there profile I noticed that there was little to no information on the profile. So I went and blocked them. Shortly after I received an email on my personal email saying I have a long lost relative who died and I need to give them my personal address and phone number etc. So that I can receive my portion of the millions of dollars in inheritance money blah blah blah. If you look at their profile connections they all have one name in common with each other. I'm not worried about them taking anything from me because I am smart enough to see this as a scam and not follow through with it. I am just tired of getting them and decided to report it.
