I need legal advice, I wrote *** ** ******* and *** ****** ****, with the intent of being published on Amazon through AtlanTech Publishing. We've been in communication with one another through email and phone calls, speaking about the cover and the manuscript and the potential roll out for my project.

Just recently I tried calling to receive updates. The numbers have become unresponsive.

This is a breach of contract clearly, due to non-performance and failure to maintain communication. I'm demanding an immediate full refund of all money paid.

All rights to my manuscript revert back to you completely, and Atlanta Tech Publishing does not have permission to publish, distribute, or profit from *** ** ******* and *** ****** ****.
