Ask a vet $5 fee then $65 monthly that I cannot cancel. No phone number and limited access via website. Trying to cancel they then want me to sign up for a service that helps cancel for a fee and another monthly fee.

I went online to get a question answered about my cat, and they had charged me $65 every month since then. I called to let them know that I only had one question to ask them, and they didn't want to refund my money. They refunded $65 from the last payment, that's it. They said they don't see anything to give me the money back for all the rest of the stuff, so I don't understand that.
