Went to DISH to have an answer to a technical question. Dish sent me to this service. After paying $5.00 initially and chatting with an expert, I noticed a reoccurring charge of $55 on my Credit union statement. Sent an e-mail to the service asking about the charge but got no response. The charge showed up again. After calling ASKANEXPERTONLINE, they informed me I had applied for a subscription at $55/month for 3 years. I was not informed about this initially. When I asked to cancel the subscription they told me it would cost me $200 dollars. I refused this and canceled my debit card.
