On 12/8/2025 I ordered an art from ArtVibe Wellness which I never received. On January 21, tracking showed the package was delivered to another address. Later it said it was undeliverable and being returned to sender. I asked for the set to be sent directly to my granddaughter since it was a gift for her and we would be having mail held for 60 days. She never received it. I made repeated requests for a full refund in many emails to the company. In the emails, I was put off and given a run-around. The history of my communications with their representative is attached.
