Report

Purchased an item over two months ago from this website through "shop" payments, which were paid in full & never received it. I emailed customer service. Called the number listed and was told "oh! You have to call customer service" & was directed to 800-765-4686 where I was placed in "Que" repeatedly with no response. It's been two mos. No response, item nor refund. An ultimate SCAM!!!
