Received a fraudulent sweepstakes mailer from "ARB / PCH Digital" claiming I won a major prize. It included a fake check for $8,800.86 from the National Bank of Indianapolis. The envelope's return address was ARB, PO Box 1644, New York, NY 18433 (which uses a Pennsylvania ZIP code).

It instructs targets to call "Claims Agent" Ben Goodman at 1-672-336-9540 before depositing the check. This is an advance-fee counterfeit check scam. No money was lost, and no contact was made.
