I keep receiving automated calls from someone claiming to be "Apple Inc". Message says that my apple account has been breached or that my icloud account needs updating. Three different numbers called me but all three give the same callback number: 716-442-3340

Having problems out of my husbands screen on his iPhone 6 Plus took it to a local phone repair shop he said he couldn’t fix it that there was a recall on those phones because of that and that we needed to call Apple and they would send us a new phone for exchange of his old one and 150$ so I googled apples number 1-800-359-9684 and called it explained to him what my husbands phone was doing and he said yeah that they would send him a new one that all I needed to do was go to Walmart and buy 3 Apple iTunes that are 50$ a piece so I did because I didn’t know nothing about people getting scammed by buying these cards.. he had me scratch them off and give him the numbers over the phone and then they said that they where having technical issues and that my cards got lost in the server and that I needed to buy 4 more and they would refund my money on to my husbands banking account so I went in Walmart with him still on the and told the cashier what they where asking me to do and she said there is a scam going around with iTunes cards and told me not to buy them so he heard the Walmart girls telling me this and he started getting an attitude and telling me that he was Apple and that Walmart had nothing to do with it that there only supposed to cell me the cards so I ask for my money back and he told me to get Walmart to give it back to me and hung up on me... so then I went on Apple website and seen where they are warning people about this issue and the tech guys looked in to the cards and he said that they where redeemed and that he shut the account down that my money went to and that they will not be able to do anything with the money and told me to report it to the local sheriffs office so I did.. not sure if this is even where I should be reporting it to either but a ladie I worked with told me to report it to you all..

Caller ID says Apple Inc. and message says there is a problem with my ICloud. Total scam but the Apple Inc is what made me pick up the phone since I have an order with the real company pending. Took five seconds to realize this is not really Apple calling.

Within two hours we received three phone calls from someone identifying themselves as Apple support. They claim that our cloud account had been compromised. They asked to click one for tech-support when we did that the gentleman knew very little about us we became suspicious and he hung up on us. We then call Apple to verify and they said no it was not true. They were trying to get us to Log into a device for them to log into.

The automated voice that our ICloud account had been compromised and that before we used any apple products linked to the account to call tech support to fix the problem. The number given was 18557653279. When called that number I was told *** *** when I asked exactly who I was speaking to and what company they represented and then promptly hung up on. They have called my house 10 times in three days...something must be done to stop them.

We have had our home phone ring over 5 times today with caller ID showing Apple INC. When we answer the phone, the message says something like "This is Molly calling about a break in your iCloud account, please be aware..." and we hang up. It is only half way through the day and we are still getting these calls. How can we stop these?

Attempts to get personal information claiming Apple/I-cloud account has been compromised. After contact Apple, Inc on their online website I verified no attempt or security breach had been made to my account. Phone identifies caller as Apple, Inc. but it is a fake. Apple, like other companies, will never contact you by phone.

Claims to be a representative of Apple Tech Support claiming your Icloud is being breached and to connect you directly to a tech or to call them at (844) 484-4392. If you go to MY APPLE Store you will see the correct number for help. Apple doesn't use a automated service to call you but this scammer does to make it sound official. They know nothing about correct terms to use from Apple... such as techs.... Just play stupid and let them mess up the call they are making to you they try to sound tech savvy but know nothing about apps or Apple Support. Don't give any information.... Not even your name they don't know you except what is list by phone directory.....

Received four phone calls today from "Apple Inc" with a recording saying there's a problem with my iCloud account and I need to talk to a tech support person right away. Recording says to press 1 to talk to a live tech support person or call them at 877-636-7302. Three calls came from 949-629-9717 and one came from 904-380-3080. All had "Apple Inc" as the Caller ID.

I have had 2 calls today from the same number, telling me they are with Apple Inc. I know Apple would not personally call me. I have ignored these calls, but it is a nuisance.

Called on landline. Caller ID said Apple Inc with Local number of Apple Store. Recording said my iCloud account showed a security breach. Not to use any Apple device before talking to tech support, press one to talk to one immediately or two to hang up. Or call tech support back at 866-620-9647. I did not press any buttons, just hung up.

I received three phone calls from this number this morning I called the number back. They told me I was having problems with my Apple account and my iCloud. When I for the question then they hung up on me. I called back another five times and was hung up on as well.
