The scammers use Indeed and Glassdoor to reach out to people. The send you message with a link to Teams, which you speak to someone from "HR'. They have you confirm certain information like name, state, phone, and email address. They did not ask for the date of birth or SSN. They have you do an assessment, fill out a forum (still no SSN or DOB has been asked), and setup an "interview". Once selected the email you an offer letter and then ask for information so you do a Mobile Deposit for a check that in the memo "Approved Payment", which is a known scam. They did not ask for SSN, DOB, Account Number, but asked what state, who do you bank with, what is your deposit limiit.
