I have many pictures to prove that the rings ordered turned color. They are NOT made of gold or silver. Products were made in China. The "crystal" hummingbird earrings are made of plastic. I have tried to have money refunded. I was denied. They said that they "reviewed" everything and that I used the product so I am not entitled to a replacement or refund. This is a total scam.
