I ordered a product through the website, but after paying two additional pop-ups appeared and I was unable to close without ordering. I immediately sent an email to cancel and called the next morning (during the hours they posted they lie representatives were available) when I called they claimed the orders were processed and unable to be cancelled and I should have called them even though they told you they were closed. They then offered for me to keep the products twice at reduced prices. I never authorized the charges and it is a scam to saddle people with additional products they didn’t authorize. Now I have to pay them a service charge to restock the items and pay out of pocket to return the items I never authorized l.
