Type of a scam Phishing

I was contacted on my cell phone, after 8:30 pm. The caller stated he was employed by the America Cash Award Company. He had a heavy Jamaician accent. He also stated he visits his father in Jamaica, frequently. He stated based off a purchase I had made at Wal Mart, I was randomly selected to receive a cash prize of $900,555.00 and a car. After a few questions, from me, he stated the only cost involved was for me to pay the taxes on the prizes, in the amount of $755.91. I would need to mail a check, in the amount of $755.91, to a P.O Box in Youngstown, Ohio. When I asked for the phone number of his supervisor, I was given a phone number with the area code being 630. Not a local number. When I said I prefer to pay this at their office in Youngstown (I would not do this!), he stated they prefer to do it online. Not legit!
