I bought echo device last month I search for a alexa app setup on internet I found there website which is https://www.nextgenhomesolutions.us/ they told me give my phone number and name for support after 5 min they call me and told me to give the computer access after that they showed me fake virus and network problem baking information I got I got scared they told me if you want to fix this up you have to pay $499.99 for 3 years they pretending they are amazon support their number are 833-400-4018 2nd number 8884009340 and Indian company name is kinfo it solutions once they charge my card it shows as basis software solution and also run other fake website of antivirus and Garmin support I got there official name by searching on internet 9417861665(rohit sharma) 9814917878 9878785150 9465223128 (tejinder pal singh
