My wife had a call from someone that said they were with Amazon and that someone had created an account in her name and purchased an Apple IPad. Asked for personal info but would not give any details of how the item was purchased. Called the number back and get nothing. Definitely a scam.

phone calls on my cell that pretend to be Amazon and telling me my order is being sent. I called them back and a person with an east indian accent told me that I had to change my number in order to stop receiving calls. When I stated that I was going to call the ScamPulse.com and asked for his address he said 4152 **** *** !

I received a call from someone claiming to be Amazon. They said they were calling to confirm an order of $1400.00, which I did not place. I told him this was a scam and I hung up.

This person repeatedly posts on a facebook local page which is: Bothell, Lynnwood, Shoreline, Kenmore-Buy,Sell,Trade. The name used is Md Anowar and the profile is fake.

The post reads: I work for amazon. I need 25 employees to work with me. I need urgent staff. We don't ask for documents. Good salary

Then the link is under that which I have posted. At the end of this form, I could only put partial information because they are targeting anyone on facebook who is in the group consisting of 4 small cities.

The scammer claimed his name was Kevin and he worked for Amazon. I tried to cancel a purchase made on the Amazon website and somehow this guy managed to steal all my banking information and make numerous purchases. My Amazon account is not showing that I even tried to make a purchase of the product. I deleted Amazon and reported them.

I called to get a refund from Amazon and instead they said someone had tried to buy a 999 phone and they would reimburse me that also then they proceeded to do a PayPal or a cash app but instead of trying to put money in my account they were making me add money to them and when I asked him about it they said they had to do that in order to give me my refund well after I said no I don't want to do that anymore the lady hung up and my account was minus $234

Caller posed as Amazon security.They stated someone had opened an account through Chase Bank in my name and had made a purchase in my name.I checked my account monitor and did not see any such activity

I had to give you my email to continue.He gave me his information.Stated he was Jeff Roy even though he had an Asian accent.He stated his ID number was 661868 apple#3.Then he gave me a CA2809 number besides.He said he would have me talk to a fraud investigation dept.The only information he knew was my address and city.Rockford ScamPulse.com checked the number said it was not Amazon.Also the number was a local number but it was some kind of call center.l could hear a lot of activity in the background.l believe it was not local.Tried to call the number back just to see what would happen. It would not receive the call.Started to question the guy and he hung up.

Did not interact with scammer, message claimed that my Amazon account had been suspended so I checked Amazon itself first instead of clicking the scammer's provided link. The website they offered is not Amazon affiliated, and my account is not locked so this is clearly a scam attempt to get my Amazon password.

I got a text early in the morning "from Amazon" claiming that I had made a large purchase of a MacBook Pro for almost $2,700 and if I did not make the purchase then I was to call the number in the text. I called the number (844-511-1223) and a scammer from India named, Frank, tricked me into completing various crypto and gift card transactions in order to "verify my identity."  He made it sound urgent. He stayed on the phone with me a very long time. He then persuaded me to go to Target to "verify my identity" where I had to buy 10 gift cards at $500 a piece so that I could send him the info via text to his direct line (315-967-8835). My debit card kept rejecting the purchases and then some of them would go through. All in all, I got scammed out of over $9K and had to do a lot of damage control since he had access to my phone from the AnyDesk app. He had me download it acting like he was going to help me with my account, but he was a thief.

I was calling amazon for a charge i was unaware of an i could not get through, shortly after i got a phone call the person said this is amazon customer service and i explained my issue and they asked for my information to verify the account. However they directed me to do a verification step but the entire time they have been stealing money out of my Coinbase account while doing the Amazon verification, until i noticed notifications about my crypto being sold/transferred.
