Money was deducted immediately. Needed appt for consult. Appt was set and provider did not show. Called and made complaint and appt was reset for 3 weeks later. On the appt date - provider AGAIN was a no show. I have called multiple time to get resolution and a call back. Nothing. This is a SCAM and deceptive business practice. Money taken and no service provided. AltRX should be shut down.

AltRX has taken $149 and is stringing me along about my 2nd delivery. They deducted money from my account with no product being delivered.

They promised me a Glp1 charged my card for 89.00 on 7/31 and never heard from them again. I tried to reach out. Can't get in touch by phone and no one ever gets back to my emails.

After seeing an ad on Instagram, researching the company's website, and reading reviews, I signed up for a 12-month program that cost $1500. After a week of no communication from the company, I emailed three times over the next week with no response to any emails. I also called the number listed and it is an invalid number.

Ordered from Alt Rx and never got product. Logged in and said I was going to be charged again on Sept 1 and since I never got the first order, I called to cancel and get a refund. A guy from Kenya called and had me download three different apps, then put in my card numbers and each time it said HE was the RECIPIENT. My bank declined them but he kept trying and then telling me that it was not going to send him money but he had to have it that way to refund MY money. I am still out two hours on the phone, my original 149.00 and there is nothing resolved and I do not want any product at this point, just my money back but I have had to cancel two cards now too.

This site is a scam. They charge and don’t send items. They refuse to cancel and try to double charge you. You literally have to file a dispute with your bank/credit card company to not be charged again.
