Con artists

We "started selling" with them in 2020. Because it was the start of the pandemic, we tried to have grace with them about the difficulties we were having. We paid the 10k and ended up losing even more because their software was $200/month and we didn't really sell anything. They gave us an excuse that Amazon changed how they were doing things and we needed to switch to Walmart. We did that and still ended up not selling much. They then switched backed to Amazon and did FBA. Again, no money was made. They were very nice everytime I called until I called to say we were not interested in proceeding anymore since we never seem to make money. They stopped returning our calls and texts. I wonder if we could do a class action against them...

Hi, just curious if there is any update on these scam artist? I invested with them last year and in the same boat as everyone else.

Alpha Arbitrage, Zac and Jon, are not to be trusted. They are con artists.

I sent them $10,000 for which they were to 1) get a store built on Wal-Mart, 2) find profitable items to sell on that site via drop ship and 3) manage the site. After a very short period of time, they stopped returning calls. They never got approval from Wal-Mart, never did anything really except make excuses, then told me "if you don't like it, get a lawyer!" They also have their LLC established in WY which is the smallest small claims court amount in the country. AVOID ALPHA ARBITRAGE. ALPHA ARBITRAGE IS A SCAM.

We had a similar experience and had to get a lawyer. We never even made it to the online phase. We only received some of our money back but that after establishing several accounts and paying an attorney. Do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

So we paid Alpha Arbitrage $10,000 to start a business on Amazon and Walmart. When we were in the early stages of discussion, I asked what if we get rejected from Amazon like what happens to our money and there answer was "This never happens". Well we created 2 LLCs and applied to Amazon at leat 15 times and got rejected and same is the case with Walmart. So the time came where me and my partner decided to call it quits and ask for a refund. Thats when everything went down south. We were told "Oh we don't do refunds". But you are quick to scam people of the money.
In my opinion they are a scam. Stay away from them. Do not give them your money. They gaurantee nothing and on top of that they don't even refund if you never get approved.

Ok John Let’s answer these lies that you are posting about us.

1. I gave them $10,000 to list clothing on Amazon and they never did.
Alpha’s Answer: You purchased a software from us and we gave you $10,000 worth of clothes to help get started . The contract that you signed states that you required to provide a live Amazon account to us. At the time you did not have a live amazon account so we offered to list on Mecari which we did and you made sales. The contract also states a $197 software fee and we never charged you for it because you didn’t have an Amazon account even though the contract allowed for us to charge.

2. They refuse to give me refund even though I was not told.
Alpha’s Answer: Even though it took you 15 months to provide an Amazon account we told you we would still help you post the product for sale. But we told you it would take time to get un-gated on Amazon to sell the name brand products. You then asked for a refund and we told you that its states in the contract that you signed Sept 2019 no refunds.

Due to the nature of our business and purchasing of products as well as software setup no refunds or exchanges.

3. They put listing on mercari for me but go shut down quick and shows making 1 sale but item got shipped to my house
Alpha’s Answer: We started listing on Mercai because you didn’t have an Amazon account You got your Mecari account shut down because you did not verify your personal information.

4. But kept coming up with excuses about why they were not able to get listings on Amazon.
Alpha’s Answer: You never provided a live amazon account till Jan 2021. Even though it took you 15 Months to provide the Amazon account and make us a user we were still willing to list the products. We told you that we had to get you un gated and that would take time and you didn’t like then you asked for a refund and we told you that the contract you signed 15 months prior stated that there’s no refunds or exchanges. You told us that you no longer wanted us to list and to refund the money we stated again that the contract that you signed Sept 2019 stated no refunds or exchanges, so we offered to send you the clothes. You REFUSED to provide us with a shipping address to send you the clothes and still to this day you have not provided us a shipping address. Hey John what’s your shipping address we will send the clothes.

Tasks to Be Performed by the Client:

Step 4 - Amazon Account Set Up
The Client will obtain an Amazon sellers account. The Company will help the Client automate the Client’s existing account or setup a new one. COMPLETED JAN 2021
Step 5- Make Alpha Arbitrage admin users on your Amazon Sellers Account. COMPLETED JAN 2021

Time is of the Essence
The Client will have as long as needed to complete Step 1-5 but understands time is of the essence and will timely complete these steps. The Company can only start services once the Amazon Sellers account has been set up by the client. CONTRACT SIGNED SEPT 2019 PROVIDED AMAZON LOGINS JAN 2021

We asked for you to provide us an Amazon account and you disappeared. We reached out to you on multiple occasions to get an amazon account from you and you would make an appointment with us but would not answer the call. And when we would send you a text you would said you was busy. The contract was signed in Sept 2019 and you didn’t provide an Amazon account to till Jan 2021 yes 15 months after you signed the contract. And we are still willing to list your product but you asked for a refund even though the contract that you signed states no refunds.

We are having a similar situation. We invested $10,000.00 with this company as well. Not only have we not made a profit in our first 3 months, we are somehow losing money every month due to the monthly fees assessed being more than the profit from the sale of products. We have several colleagues that have invested with Alpha Arbitrage and they are having the same issues/concerns. We are keeping a close eye on things. We have already informed our attorney and will be prepared for litigation if things do not progress quickly.

I had paid Alpha Arbitrage $10,000. They had promised to list clothing on Amazon but never did after giving them access to do so. They claim to have 200 client who do well selling. They used seller talk and said they had people making money and listing says $60,000 a year which is misleading. They never told me about no refund. They only sold 1 item on mercari which package got sent to my house and did not go to customer despite them leaving a 5 star review. They are listing on Bizbuysell with different states listing. I tried to resolve first with them.
