Company offers an attractive price.

Sends a confirmation via email stating there is an issue with the booking.

They posted a price of 238.00 and when I called them back they demanded that I pay a total of 565.00

Or I get nothing and they keep the 238.00

This is well over what any competition offers for the same tickets.

This is bait and switch and a scam.

sLooking for discounted airline tickets, I went to several sites including Cheapvuelos.com. On the site I was able to select an airline, flight dates and time and a price. I got an email indicating Booking Confirmed and the email repeated the dates and my name and price. The email said if I did not get an email with the eTickets within 4-6 hours to call. After 2 days, I did not get the tickets so I called. When I called they told me they would have to check with airline to see if there were tickets available at that price. I was on hold while they supposedly checked. They told me the airline had NO tickets and then they tried to sell me more expensive tickets or different dates. I told them I wanted my money back as this was fraud. They refused vigorously. They told me that I could not get my money back through Visa. I told them I would pursue it and hung up. Checking afterwards there are similar complaints about this website. People should avoid using Cheapvuelos!

I went to purchase and airline ticket and it was confirmed. I received a call concerning my flt and to call back and I called several x's and it ring and hangs up. The man (Michael) said call back immed. which I did and no answer. He stated something was wrong with card ending in XXXX Which was the correct last 4 digits of my card. I checked my visa bank card and the money was not taken out yet.....I had to rebook with Expedia for of course and increase but more safe I believe. I dwelled into the company and not accredited, bad reviews of no one contacted them. Increased pricing after paying. I will call my bank early Monday morning to make sure this transaction does not go thru. This BESTticketfare company like some other's latches onto legitimate companies and offer less. Lesson learned.... they had no legit email address .

I purchased an airline ticket through this website which is a travel agent. They gave me a confirmation ID number and charged my credit card but never sent me a confirmation e-mail. When I called and asked for a confirmation e-mail, they told me that they changed my flight without any notice. When I asked for a refund they would not refund the ticket. They then said if I paid an additional 184.00 that I could get on that flight. This company is practicing bait and switch practices.

Purchased a airline ticket online and the day before flight they contact me and said I would have to pay double the amount I paid online for my flight and could not get a refund because it was less than 24 hours before flight. So I either pay the double amount or lose my initial payment. The flight was on Southwest from Jacksonville Fl to Rochester NY

I spoke with the manager Henry Smits who only argued with me. Now I’ve been on hold for over an hour while they book my flight. Do instead of paying $277 which I booked online I have to pay $590 for the exact same flight. Scam

I purchased 4 flights from cheapvuelos.com, which was the top listing through cheapflights.com for $183/ticket. Within 20 minutes i was contacted by "accounts services" and a texas phone number. I was told that the tickets i purchased didn't include any checked bags or carry ons. I immediately thought this was a scam but played along and was given the option to "add on" those for an additional $269/ticket. At which point i told them that was unacceptable and wished to cancled my purchase for the flight which is 6 months away. I was then informed that in the terms of service, i agreed that a refund was not available. I didn't remember seeing that in there, and even went as far as going through and re booking with a false card number and names and was completely unable to find even the terms and services. I called the airline that my tickets were through to make sure that i could add on checked bags and carry ons at that time of the flight. They said i could, so no problem, just approximately an additional $45. Over the next 3 days i had received calls from cheapvuelos.com to confim that i wanted to keep my non refundable tickets, to tell me that the flight days and times may change unless i upgrade and then to tell me that the seats i purchased were no longer available and i was on "standby." Still not offering a refund! I could go to there website and still see the exact tickets i purchased, still being offered. I had to cancel my card through the bank to ensure that i wasn't being billed or have my card info used in any other manner.

Was trying to find the cheapest flight down to Dallas for easter weekend. The website besttickefare.com had a flight for $308.00 which I try to book. They then called and called me to tell me that that flight was not available at the economy rate and wanted to charge $127 each way more. I told them I did not want to pay more so cancel the flight and they said that the flight is non-refundable and that it would cost me $79 more to cancel. They never sent any email confirmation. I immediately canceled my credit card before they charged me. They then called me several times at 10pm at night telling me that the flight was booked through American airlines and I owed this money and if I didn't pay I would be blacklisted from all American airline flights for 5 years. they kept calling me bulling me so I had to block their numbers. I called American Airlines and they said they have no affiliation with this company and there was no reservation for this flight.

Pretending to sell a plane ticket for a certain date only to not then have the date or only have the date for full fare price

- Philadelphia, PA, USA • Mar 16, 2025

On 3/12/25-approximately 3:30p, I purchased a, on American Airline, flight for two to New Orleans from Bestticketfare. I was emailed and called to confirm tickets. Towards the end of the conversation, the agent-Gavin Ross, asked me if I was aware of the restrictions for the tickets. I said, "no-please tell me". He mentioned 3 restrictions: 1. non-refundable, 2. unable to choose set, 3. unable to change time or date, and 4. unable to bring luggage. I am familiar with the 3, however, not being able to bring luggage was ridiculous. I have never heard of an airline not allowing you to bring luggage. I told him that was unacceptable and i wanted to cancel my reservation. He proceeded to tell me that the ticket I bought was for a class below economy-which does not allow you to bring luggage of any sort. I requested the reservation to be cancelled because he did not disclose this restriction until after he confirmed the flight. He insisted that it was non-refundable but he could upgrade me to economy for $336 -per person-on top of what I already paid. As I explained, American Airlines, as well as other larger airlines, allow you to bring luggage on their flights. There is no such thing, on any airline, that a passenger can not bring luggage. After arguing with this individual for approximately 30-40min, I told him that I cancelled the card and will be reporting him to the ScamPulse.com as well as inform the airline that they are fraudulently representing them. Viewing their reviews on their website, this is something they are known for doing. He eventually sent me an email stating my reservation was cancelled without charge. There need to be an investigation for this company. There are probably a lot of people who are not aware of the scam and is coerced in believing they have to accept it.

Booking a flight and this company quoted a price. Gave bank information and the company called back and stated i owed an additional 150.00. The person then began to bully me and stated that i had no choice except to pay the price. He also stated he my card information and was goung to charge me regardless.

Trying to sell cheap flight ticket online. After booking the ticket, they will call you and tell you that no luggage allowed and the airline can change your departure date if necessary. Also you can’t cancel the booking and no refunds. I have to cancel my credit card before the charges apply to my card.

I bought a ticket from Vancouver to LA and $377.17 was deducted from my account but I did not receive the e-airlineticket in my email. I called them right away and the scammer said we'll send it to U by email 72 hours before departure date of March 23rd. I thought it was strange so I searched the name "BestFair Ticket "online and saw many reviews saying it was a scam. However they called me today feb.15.2025 and they spoke in broken and inaccurate English that I couldn't understand and they told me to send them the details and e-ticket by email but in the end I didn't receive the ticket or email. They are scammers.

However they called me today 15.feb.2025 and told me in broken English about a flight ticket to LA on March 23rd, so I told them to send me an email with what you wanted to say and that I would read it and reply to you, but they didn't send me an email either. I think this is a tactic scammers use. I hope everyone doesn't get fooled by scammers.

Please note email address is my own email address. The scammer did not have an email address provided. In order to move forward with the report, email address needed to be entered, so I used my own personal email.

Airline tickets for 5 passengers bought online with bestticketfare.com. My own debit card was used to pay for the tickets. Total amount was debited from my account. No email sent for the reservation confirmation. Call was received from scammer on 01/20/2025, voicemail was left. However, when I called back, there has been no answer. Services/tickets was not provided. Payment completed.

I was searching online for inexpensive airline tickets. I ran across BestTicketFare listed on what I thought was a reputable site, so I gave it a try. The prices listed were better than other sites I had checked so I booked my tickets. A message popped up that said my reservation was processing. It was taking forever so I called their toll free number and was directed to an agent. He said the reservation was directed to the airline but he couldn't give me a confirmation number yet. Then he told me that the fare I had selected was an emergency fare that didn't allow baggage of any kind and no online check in. He said I would need to upgrade to a regular fare. I said this is a scam, I'll cancel the reservation. He said that I would lose the money I had already paid. He told lie after lie. I'm embarrassed to say that I finally agreed to pay an upcharge fee, but thankfully my credit card company declined it as a suspicious charge. The scammer called me back and told me the upcharge had been declined. He asked me to call my credit card company and have them to approve it or use another card. I called the company and gave them the story. My credit card company said, what I had already asked my husband to do, which was to call the airline. The airline confirmed that it was a scam. My reservation and payment was all good with them. Very long story short- DO NOT USE BestTicketFare!

Using *********** ****** *************** and possibly other ticketing web sites, I searched for a specific flight, time, date, and destination and this company "Cheapvuelos" was listed with the lowest fair, along with about 6 other recognized valid websites and travel services sites, all seemed fine and I booked a ticket with them on what should have been Delta Airlines. Once they received my payment and all other personal information needed including my CC Info, Birthdate, Sex, Street Address, and Etc., I never received the ticket! Instead I received an EMAIL and a PHONE CALL from a Mississippi phone number 601-779-8406, where multiple sales people tried to get me to agree to unrealistic and un-pubulished terms to receive a ticket. Seems at best they are selling a non-guaranteed standby ticket on whatever airline may have an open seat, at worst they are selling nothing and keeping hour money, either way, you won't be flying anytime soon, and one of the terms you must agree to is that you will arrive at the airport at least 5 hours prior to the flight you booked but didn't receive, and at such time you may possibly be or not be in a line to get a standby ticket on a non-specified airline, at a no-specified actual flight time and a non-specified arrival at destination time, with non-specified total flight time or actual number of stops and/or plane changes required! They then will also sell all your personal information to other nefarious companies whom inundate your phone and email with all kinds of other scams and spams....BUYER BEWARE, THEY ARE NOT A REAL TICKETING AGENCY, they all speak with foreign accents, 601 area code services 38 foreign countries, and most of their calls seem to originate from a cell phone located in Jackson, MS, 601-779-8406 plus other non-traceable no-callback type numbers, however, no origination data exists at any of the numbers there! AVOID THIS BUSINESS, it is not ScamPulse.com rated, Website has not been certified and actual web-sites vary during processes and contact methods, nor is there any real location, physical address, or valid web-site you can directly contact them through...TOTAL SCAM! You will need to cancel the transaction through your CC provider to avoid being billed (IMMEDIATELY DO THIS). They will keep pestering you to get approval of charges and acceptance of their unpublished and un-viewable upfront hidden secret conditions...DO NOT APPROVE ANY CHARGES , DO NOT ACCEPT ANY HIDDEN CONDITIONS (you won't know about them till after they have your CC and related info and you think you bought an actual ticket), DO NOT RETURN CALLS TO THEM (Most returned calls go directly to voice mail and no one is there to answer!) the rest of the call back numbers appear to go into a scammers use database for more illegal actions. DO RESPOND VIA EMAIL AND KEEP A COPY FOR YOUR LAWYER, MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL RESPONSE SAYS "YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OFF THEIR CONDITIONS, and YOU DO NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO MAKE ANY CHARGES TO YOUR CC", since no ticket was ever provided, nor actually booked with any carrier, nor actually received or confirmed by the carrier)! No Ticket equals no product or service received and that's ILLEGAL! Buyer beware, you get what you pay for as usual, they are scamming people looking for a cheaper fair...good luck with that, if it looks like too good of deal compared to all other searched fairs, it's most likely a scam! DAMN!

Placing a reservation for a flight and not receiving confirmation, followed by a phone call telling me I could not cancel the ticket, and could not purchase carry on luggage at all. They then tried to upsell me another ticket to include my luggage.

Here is a site (https://www.reddit.com/r/Scams/comments/18tzpkm/metabestticketfarecom_is_a_scam... I found online explaining the same situation I went through with (bestticketfare.com). These people are from Indian and has a heavy Indian accent. Here is my situation and experience: I purchase flight tickets for 3 people through there portal. The total price came to a net total of $809.04 (269.68 per person). At completion of the online booking, I was given a Booking ID #57248 showing the itinerary details with no American Airline confirmation and passenger details with the fare details of $809.04 which was not reflected on my card charges. There were 3 charges that came through my CC that I can not confirm too which came directly from American Airline (301.01+1094.88+650.85 = $3,141.71). They did not send me my flight information at all to my email. No payment details were sent to me either but they sure were quick to charge my CC with these charges. When I saw the charges on my CC. I called my bank immediately and stopped payments and also reported fraud on my CC. I called AA directly and explained to them about the SCAM and charges that came through. What I found out from AA was that a ticket was purchased directly from their website, with an email address I could not identify or was it provided by me or associated with anyone I purchased the flight for. It looked like it was a madeup email address, however they used my credit card to purchase the flight booked through AA. This is why I was never sent the flight information because it was sent to a madup email address and not mine. AA cancelled the flight and refunded me. The weirdest part was that I originally purchased the flight from Jan 30 to Feb 03 but the flight they purchase from AA portal was from Jan 30 - Mar 03 2025. Then I begin to look online for reviews on this site and sure enough others were victims like me also. We need to put a STOP to this site. I don't know how many American citizens or people around the world they have done this too! This has got to stop!

I made an airline reservation on cheapvuelos.com after browsing looking for an affordable flight that met my time requirements. At no point in the online booking process was I notified that this flight was discounted, non-cancellable, special, or restricted in any way. After submitting my information, I received a call from cheapvuelos that informed me of certain restrictions that made this flight unpalatable. They offered to upgrade me to another fare that would be less restrictive. This upgraded fare was double the price. At this time, I was notified that my original reservation was non-cancellable. This seems to me to be a bait and switch fraud scheme. By offering you a good deal up front, they then say you are committed to this fare while they then put unreasonable restrictions upon that reservation. When you protest that those restrictions are not doable, they offer you other options that are more expensive than other competitive airlines.

After a long conversation with a supervisor, I concluded that we were going in circles and disconnected the phone call. During this conversation, I repeatedly requested that I be shown where in the booking process I was notified that this flight was "special" or non-cancellable. He would brush off my concerns, saying he "did not have time to walk me through the process" or "we cannot go back in time". He would then proceed to get me to commit to this reserved flight or another option which was untenable for me.

Since then, I have received daily calls from cheapvuelos requesting I complete the booking process. To this point, I have not paid or been charged with purchasing this reservation. But, they continue to threaten that I am committed to purchasing this flight and may be charged higher prices if I do not comply now.

Cheap Vuelos offer you to book a flight for $119.49 and waiting for the confirmation that I did not get. I call several times and was told they were waiting for the airline to confirm from them. So, they told me again to wait another 20 minutes, they will call me back. They did not call me back in the time frame. I call them and then they told me that there were not seats available. They were sold out. And I have to buy an upgrade ticket which was around $444.00. I did not ask for upgrade seat. They offer me a $119.49 seat that I paid with a credit card. which is not refundable in their police because those seats were sold out.

Me and my husband have been looking for cheap flights to bring our daughter home with her boyfriend and their sun and I happen to find best tickets fair.com so so I went on there. I entered all of my information that I needed for the tickets and it came up to $582. And change and ever since then, we've gotten emails and phone calls from this lady. By the name of Shelly Thompson and she had asked me to call her ASAP because of the reservation I had placed last night. I did so. I called her on 2 numbers. Nothe second number was 188405445 too, and she had stated that the tickets are a promotional deal. Did I know that? I like no. Your website stated nothing in regards of that being a promotional deal. So we continued With a conversation saying well, there's a few rules and limitations to this promotion. Ordeal. If you don't want to go with this deal, then you will need to add an extra 500 in something something change, leading us to it, being up to $1200 and more to bring our daughter, her boyfriend and their son home for the holidays she's trying to get us to change. Type dates and tell me that they can't have no Check-in's. No luggage, no terrians that the tickets weren't guaranteed that 11 seat was for sure, but the other 2 were not and so many different roundabouts to where we ended up calling American Airlines. We explained our situation and here we are. I am beyond irritated. We have lost money. We now have to go and change. All our banking app information. And still now they are still calling us.American Airlines was supposed to call and talk to these people.Figure out what was going on with all this but come to find out. They said that we were scanned and even after an hour of not hearing from them they are back calling us for more money
