ordered lovely quilted laundry baskets and received cheap canvas one. reached out but was told by customer service that i had ordered these and i could return but would be charged @20.00. i received no other options to return or receive correct product.

This website came up as I was playing a game on my computer. They were showing and advertising quilted laundry baskets. So I ordered seven baskets coming to $191.94 but what I received was a picture on each basket NOT a quilted basket. That is not what was shown on the website. The website showed a relief quilted basket not just a flat photograph. Meanwhile, three other companies have also put this up on their website….. denalar.com, thesungift.com, and MORAELIHLIFEMALL. COM., I contacted Aiorrax service department at [email protected] notifying them that I wanted a refund or I would be reporting them to this site for false advertising. I have heard nothing in response. This has been about a total time of four weeks.

Ordered 2 quilted cloth laundry bags. Website said they were quilted material and made in USA.

Received bags that are vinyl or plastic stamped with design ordered. Not made out of cloth and made in China!

Ask for full refund within days of receipt as per website’s claim of full refund. Was told I could return after a restocking fee.

I informed them that was unsatisfactory. They then offered a 20% refund and I could keep the items. Again told them I want my full refund and I would return the items.

Thought I was purchasing a beautiful quilted laundry basket, instead received a horribly printed item that looks nothing like what they advertised. Went back and forth with several emails with an Emily (Pristime) saying this email was delivered by Zendesk.

I ordered a quilted laundry basket, shown beautifully quilted in the advertisement. The item that arrived was not quilted at all, and very poor, cheaply made. Return was guaranteed, no questions asked. When I notified them of my dissatisfaction and request for a refund they would only give me a 25% refund …my biggest complaint is that the item sent was clearly inferior to the item advertised. Others should know that this companies advertised product is not what they send.

The website promises beautiful hand crafted quilted products, and there is absolutely ZERO quilting.

No refund without sending them shipping expenses, and I will not give them any more of my money.
