Just received a call from this number, 863-496-2834. Caller Id said Kissimee FL and (ironically) I was waiting for a call from that area so I answered. The man asked for me and I said "this is she". As soon as I did I could hear myself echo so as he was asking about my health care, I said "Im good" and hung up in mid sentence. Tried calling back and doesnt go through.

Someone from American Health Marketplace called offering reduced insurance through the Affordable Care Act, asking for address, social security number and address. They set me up with an app.
