I received a call from 855-485-4670 which came up as Aetna Medicare on my caller ID. I currently have prescription coverage through them so I retrieved the voicemail. It instructed me to call 888-843-4492 and use pin # 1754343. I called both numbers and received the same AI-generated voice, with instructions to enter the pin. It wanted me to confirm but I refused to say yes. I didn't speak at all. It repeated the question and instructions several times and then disconnected. If I had to guess, they were either trying to sell me an Advantage plan or it was a scam to get my healthcare information.
