My daughter was trying to find aerial silks supplies made in USA and found Aerials USA (aerialsusa.com) from an internet search. I didn't do any research on them (my fault) and placed an order back in October 2025. I received an email confirmation saying the order had been received. Weeks went by, and I received nothing in the mail, so I reached out via email, searched my order on their site (it said something like "processing"), and texted a number provided on their site. No response. Now I can't even access the site. Reporting them at this point may be pointless, but just in case they pop up online again, it is good to be aware.
