Report

It was an Anti-Theft Tracking Expiration Notice. They knew my name, address, vehicle make, model and year. Stated they would waive $388 fee if I responded before registration deadline. Appeared official and possibly working with police and law enforcement agencies. Hidden behind one of the perforated tabs was a small insert that claimed they were an advertisement for anti theft deterrent. This kind of advertisement should not be allowed.
