Ordered an advent calendar that never arrived and they won't refund
After more than a month went by with no movement on the tracking number, I reached out to the email address provided on the website for customer contact ([email protected]). Received a response relatively quickly that is pretty clearly AI-generated. They assured me that my package was en route and would arrive prior to December 1.
Each subsequent attempt to contact was met with the same vague assurance that they're working on tracking down my package, but they've refused to provide updated tracking information and refused to issue a refund. There's no phone number listed to contact them and it's now been 5 weeks since I placed my order. (It was for an advent calendar, so it's useless to me at this point.)
