ADR Reports & Reviews (24)

My husband, I and my mother in law have been called by a "Process Server" who has been trying to serve papers to our home or place of residence, several times. She calls from a blocked number and leaves a voice mail to call back a company in Texas.

The recording for the company in Texas does not state their business name and when you as, they say it's ADR, if you as \k them to repeat their name, they hang up on you.

They state they are a mediator's office and a complaint has been filed against the person. Note, they will not talk to anyone but the person they are trying to contact, even though they leave voicemails and "case file" numbers on everyone phone.

Additionally if you search the county that you live in, the case file they give you, nothing comes up.

They said in order to settle the debt 5,000 would be needed. It was weird that they would not tell me the name of the business/person who filed the grievance, but they will ask for money.

My husband tried calling back several times to see if they would tell him the name of the company, but never got an answer.

They will leave a recorded message saying that they are a courier service that is going to serve you papers.

I called to inform that this was not a number to use if they want to reach someone. The "gentleman" was rude and mysonginsitic, telling me that I'm just the cute girl they hired to answer the phones when I said I couldn't go out into the field to find whomever he was looking for. He told me that I was bad at my job, blah blah blah. I asked for his company name and mailing address. He at first said that they didn't have one, but when I pressed him further he just said "not for you, no." I told him that any legitimate company would be able to provide me with a mialing address, he said some more insulting things, then I mentioned how angry he was getting.

I received a call from phone # (917) 338-6581 it was a lady she said a company called her company to call me to let me know someone was taking me to court. She said to call phone # 1-888-448-2339 and she gave me my case # 11B3247 and they would tell me what it was about. I called and a lady answered saying ADR I told her what I was calling for and she asked for my case # which I have to her. She then out me on hold and a man with the name Bryan Maher answered telling me I was being taken to court by Sprint CVS and that I had received letters in the mail which I never did. He wanted me to pay $98 hundred and some dollars then he changed it to $947.17 today so I wouldn't go to court. He knew my address in Alabama and my old address in Texas and I have never had a Sprint account before. I told them I have filed a report with the police about my social security being stolen when I was young and he asked me to fax the report to # 951-905-1180. The whole time I could hear people speaking Spanish in the background. I speak Spanish by the way. The lady and man who called sounded Hispanic too.
