Adornshop sent wrong items and has a misleading return policy

I received items from adornshop.co that were NOTHING like what was advertised. The reviews are clearly being manipulated because no one in their right mind would write some of things said about these items. It’s not even just a quality issue, it’s just not the same thing as what they show. I lost $40.00 on this order. Then, when you try to return, they tell you that they don’t provide shipping labels and it would be too expensive to ship it back and would take too long. Their return policy on the website says 30 or your money back guaranteed. I do believe it says they don’t provide shipping labels but they don’t say where they are shipping from or that it will cost more to return than what you actually spent. I tried to contact [email protected] about it.
