I contacted a health insurance website and was sold a policy in November 2025 that said they would cover 100% acute and primary care visits in network to a general practitioner. After I visited the provider the insurance would only cover $50 and a $38.80 discount to the amount owed to the provider. When I contacted the claims department they said they are a discounted insurance. My bank, US Bank, was blocking the monthly deduction payments to the health insurance company. When I called my bank to allow the payments to go through, they said the company was reported as fraud by another customer.
