I accepted a job from Cipriana Harmon at 360-931-9749 from Adecco for a job with Advantage in Austin that was to start on July 12th 2021. I went thru with a computer interview with supposedly someone in the company as was hired? i was instructed to go on line to usverify.com and complete the onboarding process, providing my bank account number, drivers license and SSAN which I did on June 21st. I have not heard from her and repeated attempts now go to voicemail. Am really scared now, don't what action to take.

Scammer's phone 4042605954 Scammer's address Locust Grove, GA 30248, USA Scammer's email[email protected] Country United States Victim Location GA 30043, USA Total money lost $583 Type of a scam Employment
Monique Sellers with Adecco sold me on the assignment offering me a job, saying that it would be a permanent position after five weeks. I asked at least three times about these statements because I have worked seasonal jobs, and they are 99.9% never temp to perm positions. Then I get to orientation and am told that it will be a three-week position and if 500 hours are worked a permanent position would be considered (which is impossible to be considered because we would never make 500 hours). I was supposed to work 21, 10 hour days straight, at 15.00 an hour.
I worked a total of 53.92 hours (29.98 Regular/13.92 Overtime/10.02 Holiday) the week of 11/22 -11/28. They initially tried to pay me 29. hours and sent me 395.00 as payment for that week; when it should have been 1,373.67.
For the week of 11/29 - 12/5, I worked a total of 44.27 hours (240.00 Regular/4.27 Overtime). They are paying me for only 39.99 hours and sending me 644.62 as payment for that week; when it should have been 967.44 (before taxes).
I have proof that I did not miss a day of work, and that Adecco is wrongfully withholding the holiday pay and overtime hours made at radial. I also filed exempt when I found out I would only be working three weeks and Radial only kept us working a week and a half. It is clearly visible from the Clock-In and Worked Hours pages given to me by Radial's HR and the Adecco pay stubs; that Adecco, is skimming money by not counting and paying employees for hours worked.
I refused other positions that I could have worked normal hours and got paid up until Christmas only to be fighting this company for stealing my time and money.
These people have messed up my ability to pay rent, my car note, and insurance on time; not to mention, Christmas with my kids since I missed Thanksgiving. I have been stressed out over this and I want something done to rectify the situation.
I have proof of all hours, wages earned, and pay stubs upon request.

Scammer's address ON, CAN Type of a scam Employment
As I was going through the listings for my local buy & sell page on Facebook, I came across a listing for Data Entry work. The wage stated was $32/hr. I knew this was way to good to be true. The woman that listed the ad went by the name of Margaret Hamiltion. I asked her how someone would go about applying. She said that I would have to download Google Hangouts and she would refer me to the hiring manager and that I would be undergoing a question and answer session through texts via Hangouts. The more questions I asked, such as which company this was for, the more pushy she became. She said that it was through Adecco. I searched through the job listings for Adecco. They do have data entry positions but definitely not for that pay. I decided to check the ScamPulse.com site to see what kind of scams have been in my area and there were a couple that fit this situation to a tee. I have seen this same posting under different names as well. As soon as I started to ask more questions, the post was deleted.

Scammer's phone 3125099447 Scammer's address TX, USA Country United States Victim Location KY 40437, USA Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
The guy claimed to be working for a reputable company. He extended me an online position and sent me an application to fill out through Google docs. He proceeded to tell me that I was hired for the position and would be mailed a check to purchase equipment and supplies as well as money to cover my first work order. I called the bank that the cashier check came from and they informed me that it was fraudulent. He used Skype messaging to conduct most of his communication.

Scammer's phone 6514190298 Scammer's email[email protected] Country United States Victim Location TN 37036, USA Type of a scam Employment
Received text that they saw my resume and eventually offered work from home job. Emailed me employment contract from legitimate names from company. I filled out direct deposit, w2, copy of drivers license, ssn#. I had assignments to do to see what my qualifications were. Email used wreck email, then changed to office use. They asked for my login and pin for credit card and bank. Red flags! He used my At&t account to purchase 2 iPhones that were delivered to me. He called and said to FedEx to him for programming. I asked him to video conference me so I could we him. He was mad and brushed off my request and attempted contact after I told him I knew he was a fraud. I spoke to him and could tell he was from another country. I reported to at&t and they said the number was flagged as scam. I blocked number and returned phones. He then had another scammer call me using the name of Alain Dehaze who is the CEO to contact him regarding the misunderstanding with my supervisor John Marshall and that I had company property! He left me a voice message and it did not match the voice of the real person that I head on a video. Not sure if identity theft attempt as cannot report due to government shutdown.
