I emailed the below last week I am still trying to get in contact with you.

I am the Head of Credit Control at Actuate Global. Actuate now own the memberships for Actuate Global, Ros Taylor and In Touch Networks, all memberships and subscription fees of Ros Taylor (RTC) and In Touch were transferred per the company terms and conditions to Actuate Global.
As part of the contract, you agreed to pay the annual renewal subscription fee unless you cancelled the contract in accordance with its terms. Please see the terms and conditions here.
Pursuant to the terms above, you must give written notice if you do not wish to renew. We have received no such notice and therefore the renewal fee is due.
We are entitled to immediate payment of $1,200 including interest and costs.
We will waive the interest, fixed sum and legal costs above on the basis that payment of $995 is made immediately.
If payment is not made we will have to take legal action which could entail court proceedings and if debt remains unpaid we will have no option but to report to the credit bureau, which could negatively impact your credit score and your ability to obtain credit.
The reason for my contact is to try and avoid further necessary costs and time and settle this outstanding debt urgently.
