Report

Person with ****** accent claimed to be from PG&E and offering a government program to reduce seniors gas and electric by 30%. This was a "slamming" scam - they without my knowledge or consent switched me from PG&E for gas to AAA Natural Gas. This is a common scam. I was able to cancel the service, but took time and phone work to talk to both PG&E and AAA.
