I responded to two ads on Facebook and purchased two separate caps for my daddy including Customizing the hats to have his rank and rating on the hats. The only number I have is a PayPal number and they say that they can't find the transaction. I have emailed the company and they asked for my order and invoice numbers. I emailed back saying that I don't have an order number or invoice number because they have not sent me an email or text to confirm the order and no information was sent to me. I included both my and my daddy's addresses to help find my payments. They have not replied back.
