Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a military cap showing my name, rank, and years of service. When it arrived the rank was incorrect. I was a 1st Lieutenant and it had a gold bar with a slope on the top and bottom. They also place a diagonal bar in the middle of the insignia. It was closer to a Warrant Officer 1 but that isn't correct either. I contacted "support @999custom.com". I pleaded my dissatisfaction and their reply was "The insignia colors are default on our design. We attached the example of this cap at our store for the customers to check before placing an order. Therefore we are so sorry that we cannot support you in this case. Please sympathize with us". In all of their examples, there wasn't an officer's rank displayed. The insignia on my cap doesn't resemble any military rank. I asked for another cap with the correct insignia, fix this one, or refund my credit card. They have chosen to do nothing. It's only $36..19 but i don't think it's right to treat anyone this way, especially the military. I see on the web that if you receive a product it will not be correct or original. I also contacted FaceBook notifying them about the bad business pracstice. I am hoping they remove them from the site. I think they are scamming the public. FTC claim pending.
