The repairman came out and looked at our washer and said it was a water pump. He said it was $320.00 and he used our credit/debit card to pay for it. He said he would be back in a few days to pay for it. He didn't give us his name . He gave us his personal phone number. We paid him on 3/3 I've texted him several times and he was supposed to come out today at 8 am and he didn't show up. I've researched and found out he's with Amazing Appliance repair at 110 Randall Mill Rd in Arlington TX. Also his phone is answering as Appliance Pro/Local Appliance Service. They are really slick. They must be pros. I'm sure the business will change addresses soon.
