$39.99 appeared on my Visa card on 6/29 and 7/29. I contacted them by phone each time and was told these were "subscription charges". I said I had never visited their sites or ordered or received anything, to cancel the charges, and send a refund. Their representative said he would cancel the "subscription" and send a refund. They have not been done. I need to get a new Visa card.
