I’ve gotten this scam before. You get a call and they leave a recorded voice mail saying they’re with Xfinity and you’re getting ready to lose a discount (the other one said I could pay a guaranteed rate for 5 years if I paid upfront X amount of dollars. I almost fell for that one.)

I called the number back and got someone that sounded like they were from India. I told them I wanted to speak to someone in the US. Said they couldn’t hear me so I repeated it loudly. Long pause—-another man got on the phone and apologized, but I couldn’t understand half of what he was saying. Told him I couldn’t understand what he said and he then hung up on me. I wanted to call back just to mess with him but didn’t have time today.
