Online Retailer Scam

Placed an order for waist beads over 6 weeks ago and have not received my order. I emailed their support team several times and have not received an answer. I used their contact form and haven’t received an answer from that as well. Received email with USPS tracking link 10 days after ordering and the status has stayed the same: “Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item”.
When I click on the USPS link a download window pops up. It’s very shady.
