Received the following vm : This message is intebded for ***. I'm calling on behalf of the Wake County process servers office regarding court summons that was filed under case number that's 4675478. Again that's 4675478-CV. This is a legal notification from the county process serviers office.We are contacting you to inform you that an attempt was made to serve you with legal documents requesting your appearance in court. However, those documents were returned from the address that we have on file. To avoid a failure to appear. we recommed that you contact the attorney in charge of your case. Her name is Wendy Smith, at 877-316-0087. Her office will be able to provide additional details regarding your case including the filing date.

The phone number they called is mine, not ***, I am his mother.
