Customer Service Evaluation Tool - Received a cashiers check for $2650.00 from "Signature Bank" which is closed. Asked to purchase gift certificates for FootLocker for $250, Apple $500, and Sephora for $250. Supposed to evaluate the store you purchased the gift cards (Walgreens, Walmart, CVS etc), keeping the gift cards "for later second assignment." [email protected] is listed as the person to contact. I received a cashier’s check in the mail with instructions to purchase gift cards and said to just hold on to them for next assignment. My bank informed me that the check is fraud and they are closing my account and I will not be able to open another one. Now I have to find a new bank
