I received a very serious looking letter from this fraudulent mortgage company telling me my home warranty is at risk and I need to call to verify my information.

To find out why they sent me this scam letter, I called the #, no one picked up. I called again and said they didn't address the letter to the correct homeowner. The person on the phone said it doesn't matter then and hung up.

Clearly this is a scam company trying to scare people into buying "home warranty".
