I do not have a loan on this property and I've never heard of Firstmerit Bk Na.

Received mail with notice that it is time sensitive with Lender info: union saving bank. inside is a message saying they have important matter regarding the property/mortgage and that they will revoke waiver within 7 days. waiver attached to bottom of document for $199.99. paper had number listed and an alternative number for spanish
