It is a really authentic looking letter with a US Postage PAID Permit No 699 on the envelope

Received in the mail a letter regarding property home warranty at my address. Letter has Form 9550 WARR on top left corner as reference. Also used *********** as my owners ID number. Told me to call 888-678-5131

They stated that they were trying to contact my dad about conventional home lender please verify and contact us immediately. There was no name or address except the zip code.
