I received a letter in the mail informing me that my service contract on a vehicle has not been upgraded or updated. When I called the number on the piece of mail, I was hung up on the first time and every time after that. I was not given any information. I found this weird because I do not own a vehicle. I spent an entire day trying to figure out if someone had purchased a vehicle in my name fraudulently and lost today's pay. I'm very upset with this company and others should know about this scam.
