Received a urgent final notice in the mail with what appeared to be a check for $199 that was also marked allocated waiver. It says that they have reserved the right to revoke alligator waivers after seven days or receiving this notice and on the face appears to me from my lender for my mortgage. I called the number listed and they said that it was a home warranty service. I asked where they were located in call taker said California, but wouldn’t tell me where she was. I told her that I scanned the document and uploaded into my system, and it came back as a scam, and she repeatedly said it was not, but she put me on hold and then the line went dead.
