We are informing you that if your factory warranty has expired, you will be responsible for paying any repairs. However, if expired, you can still activate a service contract on your vehicle before it's too late."

I received one letter in the mail from “Official Business” about my new car warranty, not being activated, please call 888-426-0719 TODAY.

On the same day, I received another letter with a red notice of IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED on the envelope. This business was also called “Official Business” with no address no email no website. had a signature on the bottom for ***** ***** program coordinator with a phone number of 888-671-8210. Which was the same number that they were asking me to call.

I was very suspect for both of them and so I looked up Brian Capps Toyota, and got your website noting a scam. I had not contacted them and will not.
