I received phone today at work. threatening me with garnished wages from my employer. Put holds on my bank & credit cards until I pay in full. Was told they will start ligation process. After I hung up on this number, the element group at 814-201-1502 called my employer & talked to my boss to try to garnish my wages. They have my name, last 4 numbers of my social, address & my employer phone number. They said they sent emails & mail to me, I have not received anything at all.
