The calls started coming in stating there was a summons for court involving an investigation into my social security number for misuse and my assets to stop law suite call 888-270-9142. I have not responded because there is no reason to investigate my social. I have not gotten any summons either. They call everyday through the week using a local number. Im not sure if its real or scam. I believe if it were legal and real they would identify themselves. They do not ask for me or my husband by name. Just the threat.
