withdrew over $800 from my mothers bank account for insurance coverage. never received any insurance card . Called this # and got a run around, said we were covered but could not verify what company she was insured by. total scam. transfer, transfer, disconnect.. no insurance card no coverage. No website to cancel this or to stop payments . What a headache.

Told me my insurance was going to start covering me in December (no it didn’t) and they proceeded to charge me November December and January, before they charged in January I called my insurance directly(BCBS) and they said my insurance was already cancelled. Assumed that they were not going to charge me anymore and then charged me again in January. Now I’m down 300 dollars for being “supposedly” covered one month

We were told this insurance was only for a two month period of coverage and the deducted the third month with out permission — when I called them they said we signed a three month contract and they were not going to refund our money for the third month
