Became aware of Emma and Chloe Calgary via Facebook advertising. When I googled the company, it looked like they had a physical address in Calgary. The website looked professional. I made a purchase for an item from the website for $80. In late April 2026. I became concerned after several weeks when I had not received a tracking update on the item. I sent an email to the company (that I found on their website), and they initially responded telling me that their items were being shipped from international sellers. It was an online enterprise, and there was no physical store in Calgary. After several more attempts to contact the company via email, I received a failure of delivery notification. I have never received the item. It looks like there are many others who have had similar experiences from this scam/company.
