The phone number 1-877-844-327-3513 is a SCAMMER phone number.
I did not authorize the charge of $199.99 for the second VISA KETO ACV GUMMIES package.
When I returned home from vacation, I saw the charge of $199.00 (8-27-2023) on my credit card account. I wanted to dispute the charge, right away.
I notified my bank via telephone and via email message of the upcoming DISPUTE on 8-27-2023.
REPRESENTATVE INTERACTION:
I contacted Visa Keto Gummies at P O BOX 152762, Tampa, Florida, 33684 at 877-698-8234 on 8-27-2023.
Once I called Vista Keto ACV Gummies, the representative stated that I had a subscription, which I did not know I had, I ordered one order, the gummies did not work, so I stopped them.
I spoke with the representative; I did not catch her name; the representative, stated that I must cancel the "DISPUTE" that I filed with the bank for the $199.99.
Once the Dispute with the bank was cancelled and... I receive the "2nd VISTA KETO ACV Gummies" package in the mail, I was to call the representative back at the same telephone number (877-698-8234) with the bank representative (3 party call) on the same call.
The representative would verify that the DISPUTE was cancelled with my bank and the representative would provide me with information on how to return the package back; to the Vista Keto Gummies third party facility.
The representative gave me a Reference # of 344798, as me telephone conversation acknowledgement. The representative stated she would send me also forward me with a confirmation email, which I did not receive.
This all transpired on August 27, 2023 during various times of the day.
I will contact my bank verbally of the same information.
I have requested that my bank send me a new Credit Card with a different charge card.
